Refund & Return Policy – ANIMOOSE

We want every ANIMOOSE fan to love their purchase! If something doesn’t feel right, our return policy is here to help.

Return Period

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with all tags and original packaging intact (including collectibles’ boxes and figures’ seals).

  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Unboxing video is required to raise damage or defect claims.

Packages sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return items should be shipped to the company address.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues

Please record a full unboxing video when opening your order.
Contact us right away at animoosestore@gmail.com if your item is:

  • Defective or damaged

  • Incorrect or missing parts

We’ll review the issue and make things right.
Slight variations in color or size, or differences due to lighting or display resolution, do not qualify as defects.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Limited edition or custom-made anime items

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Gift cards or gift wraps

  • Perishable or personal care merchandise

  • Deal bundles or combo packs (if bought as part of a set, the whole set must be returned if eligible)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at animoosestore@gmail.com.

Return Charges

For returns not caused by damage, defect, or a wrong item, a return shipping charge of ₹180 (may vary by parcel size) will be deducted from your refund.
A 1% restocking fee may apply on returns or order cancellations.
