Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy – ANIMOOSE
At ANIMOOSE, some products may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try before you buy. This policy explains how cancellations, changes, and refunds work for these purchase types.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the plan and frequency selected at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely and you will be charged automatically for each cycle.

Some subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled.

You may cancel or modify your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled for that cycle.
Important:
Subscription charges already processed are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
2. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders are products that are not yet in stock or are in production.

We may collect full payment or a partial deposit at the time of ordering.

Your payment method may be stored securely for future balance payments.

You may cancel a pre-order only before it has been dispatched.
Once a pre-order has entered production, packaging, or shipping, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds for fulfilled pre-orders are handled strictly under our Returns Policy and are subject to inspection and approval.
3. Try Before You Buy
For try before you buy items:

Your payment method is authorized before shipment.

You will have a fixed trial period to decide whether to keep the product.

If the product is not returned within the trial window, full payment will be automatically charged.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
If returned items show signs of use, damage, or missing components, ANIMOOSE reserves the right to charge full or partial payment.
General Terms (This protects you hard)

ANIMOOSE reserves the right to refuse cancellations in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or policy abuse.

All timelines, refunds, and approvals are at the sole discretion of ANIMOOSE.

Shipping fees, payment gateway fees, and operational costs are non-refundable.

Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days after approval.
