Here’s a detailed ANIMOOSE Shipping Policy—modeled after your competitor's structure but customized for your anime merch/figurine store, with your brand details and tone:


ANIMOOSE SHIPPING POLICY

Free Shipping:

  • Free shipping for all prepaid orders over ₹1500/- within India.

  • Free shipping only applies to shipments sent through our partnered courier services.

Order Processing & Delivery:

  • Orders are processed within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving payment.

  • Standard delivery time: 5–7 working days (subject to courier partner loads and location).

  • We ship nationwide, all over India!

Same-Day/Local Delivery:

  • For same-day local delivery, book a WeFast or Porter (charges payable by customer) or request us to arrange (extra charges will apply and are paid to WeFast/Porter).

Important Shipping Notes:

  1. No order pick-ups/shipping on Sundays or Thursdays.

  2. You’ll receive a tracking ID only once your order is shipped.

  3. If your package arrives damaged/crushed (outer packaging), do not accept it—return it noting “damaged” on proof of delivery. If you accept, ANIMOOSE is not responsible for returns/refunds.

  4. Refused/unaccepted orders (prepaid or COD), or unavailability for delivery attempts, will incur forward and reverse shipping charges, plus a 5% charge of the order value.

Shipping Partners:

  • ANIMOOSE uses Shiprocket, Delhivery, XpressBees, Bluedart, and DTDC as our courier partners.

  • Shipping method (Express/Air or Surface/Road) is chosen for feasibility per shipment.

COD Charges:

  • Cash On Delivery (COD) is chargeable:

    • Standard shipping: ₹79 for orders below ₹1000

    • COD charge: ₹49

    • Total COD shipping for eligible orders: ₹128

Shipping Responsibility & Exceptions:

  • ANIMOOSE is not responsible for:

    • Issues due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by customer

    • Returns due to wrong address or customer unavailability (home/office closed)

    • Transit damage affecting ONLY outer packaging (no refunds/discounts for box damage)

    • Shipping to P.O. boxes or unsupported service zones

  • Customer pays for shipping in cases of non-delivery due to unavailability, incorrect address, or upon request to re-send.

  • Boxes damaged in transit: document this on Proof of Delivery, or refuse the shipment.

  • If the package is lost/stolen by courier/partner, ANIMOOSE cannot be held liable.

Delivery Attempts:

  • Shipment will be re-attempted 2 more times if the customer is unavailable.

  • If still undelivered, customer must pay to re-ship the product.

Tracking & Notifications:

  • Tracking number is sent via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (from our logistics system).

  • If details are missing, contact animoosestore@gmail.com or message our Instagram/Facebook.

Returns for Faulty Products/Defects:

  • For manufacturing defects, customer must pay return shipping and use a courier providing a tracking number.

Policy Updates:

  • ANIMOOSE reserves the right to add, change, or delete any part of this policy without prior notice.


Shipping Charges Recap:

  • Free shipping for prepaid orders over ₹1500

  • Standard shipping: ₹100 for orders below ₹1049

  • COD charges: ₹89 (total for COD orders: ₹128)
